5. Tracking Your Order

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Olive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs delays. 7. Incorrect Shipping Information

We will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is shipped. However, once the order is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
